Led and overseen by Coached by Faye, the PT led coaching sessions focuses on resistance training (weights) and is a small group setting, with a mixture of barbell work and gym based machines split on an upper and lower body focused sessions
Includes nutrition guidance pack, personalised calorie/macro allocation, sample meal plan, online accountability, monthly progress tracking via body composition scan, weekly online accountability, gym access, gym plan, at home training plan, all timetables classes including HYROX classes, monthly recipe book, Facebook group access, FJR coaching app access.
